This retreat is for all adults who are interested in personal growth, reflection, fun, and self-care. It is for adults of all genders. It's for people who are married, divorced, single, or who have any sort of relationship status. It's for people who want to go on this retreat alone, or with their spouse/partner, or with a friend or two or three! Join us! It's going to be a wonderful group!  

We will be staying at Peace Retreat in the town of Playa Negra, Costa Rica. Peace Retreat is owned and operated by two Canadians living in Costa Rica who are inspired every day by nature’s beauty, simplicity and harmony.  We'll be staying near the beach but in the jungle, with howler monkeys as neighbors, in the quiet town of Los Pargos, Playa Negra, situated along the stunning Pacific Gold Coast in the Province of Guanacaste. It’s a tranquil environment infused with the generous local Costa Rican ‘Pura Vida’ spirit. Surrounded by nature and a 15-minute walk (or 5-min bike ride) to the ocean, it’s the ideal location to de-stress, reset, feel part of a local community, discover something new, make new friends, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

The magic of Peace Retreat is surprisingly easy to get to. We are only an hour from Liberia International Airport and transportation from LIR is included in your trip cost.

Originally, we were going to have this retreat in Nicaragua. But the retreat was moved to Costa Rica due to more travel friendly COVID requirements and infrastructure.  Costa Rica is well-equipped to help international travelers have a safe and relaxing retreat.

We will be updating all of our retreat participants with current and helpful Covid-related travel information closer to our retreat dates. Don't worry, we'll let you know exactly what you need to do before, during, and after our trip. And you can always contact us with any questions ahead of time.

In addition, be sure your passport is up to date. Your passport must not expire within 90 days of entry to Costa Rica.

Yes. As we get closer to our travel dates in 2022, we will send up-to-date information to every participant, including details such as current Covid-19 information, details for what to do when you arrive at the airport, and what to pack. If you have any questions in the meantime, don't hesitate to contact us! This retreat is going to be INCREDIBLE and we hope you'll decide to join us before it sells out!
